The University of Klagenfurt (Austria) invites applications for a Full Professor of Information Systems Engineering at the Department of Informatics Systems, Faculty of Technical Sciences.

Start date: 1 October 2027
Contract: Permanent or fixed-term (up to 6 years with option for tenure)

We are seeking an internationally visible researcher with an excellent track record in Information Systems Engineering, particularly in design, modelling, execution, verification, and optimization of business processes.

Candidates should have a habilitation or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, an excellent track record in Information Systems Engineering, experience in the acquisition and management of competitive third-party funded research projects, teaching and supervision experience, and fluency in English.
