University Professor of Microwave Engineering (m/f/d)

The Faculty of Electrical and Information Engineering at Graz University of Technology invites applications for the position of a

Full Professor of Microwave Engineering (m/f/d)

with a full-time permanent contract (§ 98 UG) assigned to the Institute of Microwave and Photonic Engineering, expected starting date Oct. 1st, 2027.

We are looking for an internationally recognized researcher with a high scientific reputation and profound experience in the field of hardware-oriented microwave engineering, committed to represent the field in teaching and research.

Applicants must have earned a doctorate (Ph.D.) in the required engineering discipline or in a closely related field from an Austrian or from an equivalent foreign university and we expect an outstanding academic qualification, verified by a habilitation degree (venia docendi) or equivalent scientific achievements as well as management qualifications.
